An Irish daughter had not been home for five years.  Upon her return, her father screamed at
her, "Where have you been all this time!?  Why didn't you write!?  Not even a line!  Can you
understand what you've put your mother through!?  Why didn't you at least call?"

The girl, in tears, replied, "Dad, I...I became a prostitute."

"You what??!!", screamed her father.  "Out of here, you shameless harlot!  Sinner!  You're adisgrace to this family!!"

"Oh Dad, can't you forgive me?" pleaded the girl through her tears.  "If you want me to leave,I'll do as you wish."  She wiped her eyes, and opened the suitcase she had brought with her.  "Ijust came back to give mother this mink coat, the title deed to a six-bedroom mansion, and a savings
certificate for a million dollars.  For my brother, this gold Rolex.  And for you, Dad, the new Mercedeslimited edition convertible that's parked outside, plus a life-time membership in the country club..."

She blew her nose, and took a deep breath.  "....and an invitation for all of you to spend New Year's Eve on board my new yacht in the Riviera, and..."

"What was it you said you had become?" asked her dad.
