This may have been done before so Im sorry if it is repeated.
We are currently at the free camp at Kimba Showgrounds, It has a dollar in the slot shower (3 mins) toilets and level ground (all be it dirt).
The thing I like about this is that the loos, shower and area are cleaned daily by volunteers. They are in spotless condition, clean and hygenic.
For the cost of a donation you can get a great nights sleep, shower etc.
Safe travels all.

An update to this donation camp, March 2019
There were twenty rigs there, when I pulled up for an overnighter
Saw no rubbish, so someone is doing the right thing
It is getting popular, as more rigs came in after dusk
Was talking to travellers parked nearby, (as I usually do), they mentioned that they had been there a few days, and a lot of other travellers, do not donate
They told me that they put their donation in an envelope, with their rego number on it

Another update for Kimba
Went through last week, for an overnight stop
Because of the coronavirus I did not use any amenities
I noticed that the original amenities are still there, but they also have new ones, to the left of the archers
The new ones look, from a distance, to be the same as those at Greens Lake near Corop
There were plenty of caravans parked up near the new amenities
How friendly is this town
I passed through in January, without staying, as I was in a hurry, to be somewhere else
They now have a plastic card, 24 hour diesel fuel outlet, and a man explaining how it works, and promoting the free camp
I passed through last week in March, and they had a lady, showing people how to use the new diesel fuel outlet
It will be a shame (for me), if they start dumping the waste uranium, in this RV friendly town

Comment on the Kimba rest stop. Fantastic to say the least. I have been on the road caravanning for a long time and would be hard pushed to find a comparable rest stop anywhere. Clean toilets, showers, camp kitchen, potable water on clean gravel.

Attached photo gives you a bit of an idea.
Disregard the fool in the photo. He tries to get into everything.
Amenities are building in the background behind the van.
