This red centre park is off Larapinta Drive the turn off is about 30ks from Hermansburg and well worth a stop. Cheap $10 per night, I only had a $5 note in my pocket so went to go get some cash from the car and Ken the proprietor said $5 will do so next morn we spent a few dollars in the store to help. We were the only guests there that night. A basic camp but hot showers Laundry, covered seating and tables and lots of red sand. Its a small Aboriginal community that has won a tidy town award every year for the past ten years. There are guided tours to see the rockhole and ancient art sites. Powered sites also.
