The Strzelecki, Birdsville and Oodnadatta Tracks and most gravel roads in the flinders are all closed due to rain.

Interesting, reminds me of last July threw my big plans out the window to get to the Dig Tree for the second time as of road closes.

Have friends heading there now including Birdsville, with all their preparations for this trip but you can not pick the weather.

Thanks Pete, we are currently planning our next leg, from South South Aust into Northern Territory. WE have done the Oodna previously, but thought we might go as far as William Creek an across to Coober Pedy, but still not opened. Have saved the site for future planning. We are still about a month off.
