Yes aussie_paul, it is fashionable for Doctors to keep their patients waiting at least 20-30 minutes. I have watched them walk around the Medical Center scratching their heads with a bored look on their faces. Yet at our local Medical Center, if you don't show up they give you a bill for $20. A bit of a rough one way street really.
