Has anyone got a signal finder app on there phone that definitely has the ability to let you know not only the direction of the signal but also lets you know whether the signal is horizontal or vertical as well.my antenna mate app only gives signal direction,before purchasing another app it would be much appreciated if anyone knows of an app that can do both jobs..

Hi Ron-D. I have an app called 'Antenna Mate' not sure if it is the one you might have, but in the screen that shows the signal direction with a red arrow if you swipe from right to left it opens another window that has the details you might be looking for. Hope this helps

Thanks Joff much appreciated I was just opening the little signal icon on the bottom left swiping it works like a charm good one mate..

I use that app ( ANTENNA MATE ) as well the app my Switch, the Switch gives me both tv channels and the satellite directions.

I use Broadcast Transmitter Data (Excel version) This contains separate pages for each of the broadcasting service. As it is in spreadsheet you can sort it into the format and copy the info you require into new spreadsheets. I have each state in a separate sheet and use the geographical co-ordinates to sort the stations from north to south.
