Hi all I need some help with my series 500 stove grille I need to clean the heat sensor and the ignition lighter but I can't see how to remove the plate that they are fixed too. any help appreciated

You could try contacting Swift in Melbourne.  I don't have their details to hand, but have heard they are really tops with service.
