The licence is only valid for six months and you must renew it using the above link.
Set your box up and leave it on, go online with your satellite card number ready and renew it.
There is an other procedure that you may have to and that is, you may have to re ping the unit.
Hope that it helps you.

Hi, good advice above.
If you have renewed your travellers satellite access then you need to do a "rehit", to do this you will need your smartcard number andd internet access to the above link and select "rehit decoder".
The error you are seeing is an E18-4 which is described as " the service is currently scrambled" which means your card is not enabled to decode that channel.
Try the above and see how you go.

This code just came up on my Vast service.
I have a new Satking decoder and I first tried he rehit or reactivate and although this has worked for me in the past when I have not used the service for a while, today the code came up while I was watching the ABC news.
My service was renewed at its 6 monthly interval about 3 weeks ago.
After two rehits without success I googled the code and found that I had to remove and re insert the smart card.
Hi
Satellite TV has been working OK.
BUT
Now getting error code
E118-4 Currently unable to view this channel
Can get the EPG which shows what is on every where
Signal strength and quality both good
Shows that I am locked on to the OPTUS C1 and D3 Satellite
But can not get any channels.
"E118-4 Currently unable to view this channel"
Is this a common thing ??
cheers
kiwimagic.
Hi, it looks like your VAST licence has expired and or you have not used your VAST box for sometime.
