Here is what I use www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Towing-Mirror-Easy-Fit-2-Pack/164900 I have had the base straps on my current Patrol since new and the same set on my previous Patrol - totalling six years. the base straps stay in place and I just slide the mirror arms in and out when towing and not.
Best value for money, easy to use mirrors available and doesn't do any damage to body or paintwork.
Many on here use the Clearview which are great but a large outlay of money.

We use the some as Possum, had there for about 6 years also, for the money very good value.
Sorry reread your question. No I don't have Camec review mirrors but very happy with our similar ones from Repco Parts, straps a bit differant.
