We need to change a bulb on a dashboard on a 2002 sr5 hilux anyone know how to remove the instrument cluster?

Take it to an Auto Electrician. If you botch the job yourself it will cost you around $2,500-$3,000 for a new cluster. Not a DIY job.

To build a car, a light globe is hung from a sky-hook travelling along a line. Then the dash is built around that and then the car is built around the dash. At least that the way it seems when you try to replace a dash globe or a speaker.

They are generally quite easy to remove, particularly now with the electronic speedo (no speedo cable)
