Sorry if this is off subject but I have an LED 240 volt house hold light that does that long after it is turned off.

with ours the lights were on all the time even when it was turned off. Pulling out the fuse and putting it back in fixed the problem.

Most radios in cars and vans have a constant electrical feed, otherwise all the presets would be lost every time you turned it off. Disconnecting the battery will take it back to nothing and you have to set the clock and stations again. If you've done this, then the flashing is quite normal and has to be adjusted via the menu settings in the radio itself. Is this your issue? Before I launch into a long convoluted explanation, a bit more info from you about the make of radio would help. I know a few Jayco owners who used to take the faceplate off their radios at night because the light flashing kept them awake. Not necessary if you use the menu to kill the display when the radio is off.
Back to you.

I have stopped the flashing, now a cd is stuck, following the book I can not get the cd out, It will not stop at any radio stations just keeps rolling around.
I am still working on it.
