The rollers on my birdsville slideout are going through the floor has anybody had this problem

Do you have any pictures, one of the handy men on this forum, may think of a fix for you

Can I suggest you remove all the weight in the slide out......not too sure what you mean by going through the floor. Pictures would be great!
