This appears to be a vent from the toilet tank the purpose of which is to vent noxious smells and prevent the buildup of methane and pressure in the tank.
I'm sure you could order the replacement cover via a Fiat motorhome dealer and it will, I suspect, cost $150 or something equally silly.
Or you could make a cover (do you really need one?) from, say, a plastic cup; drill or burn a few holes in the side of the cup and glue or wire it in position with the holes facing the rear of the vehicle.

BLA are a large company that deal mainly with Marine items. A lot of these can crossover with Caravan and motorhome items.
They also supply BCF where you can buy their stuff by order or go direct to BLA online.
The following link has a mushroom vent I think would suit your needs.
Go to a bunnings or preferably a plumbers supplies an buy a 50ml UPVC socket ,a 50ml vent basket ,ask him to donate 150ml of 50ml UPVC pipe,a tiny bottle of glue to suit [no cleaners] and a black 'decktite' the round base must cover the entire exiting round base cover. Show them a photo. You will need some silicone to seal it to the roof and a few token screws too .Sounds big deal but should be @ $ 50 tops and 1hr of your time. If yer get stuck PM me . Called on to do this many times in the past {mainly low trees !} Cheers John

Thanks for the advice :)
Ill post a few pics in a week or so when I've fixed it.
I've recently purchased a 2004 Fiat Winnebago Free Wind.
The roof sewer vent was damaged / broken by the previous owner. (Pics as attached).
Can anyone suggest what I need to get to replace it and where I can get one from?
Cheers

I ended up buying an RV vent from the States.

Took a few weeks to arrive but very happy with it. Was an almost exact replacement to the original.
Certainly a vast improvement to the pot plant pot fitted by the previous owner lol
