Hi, our 2015 Jayco Silverline water pump has just started to run consistantly even when not running the tap. It used to only run when the tap was turned on. Suggestions on what to do would be appreciated.

Non return valve in pump has failed or air is entering the system at one of fittings in the line.

We have 2013 Sterling Outback and experienced a similar issue a few weeks back. Stopped at a camp turned the pump on and it just continued. No water. Pump just kept on going. Located the issue in the hot water system. Pressure valve needed to be released and the air removed from the system.
Worth a try. Pressure valve is right up front on the hot water unit when you open the door.
Cheers

There is a method to adjust the pump. I'll get my screed on it later if you still have a problem.
<edit> found it....
