Hi guys. I posted this on another site with no results so thought I would turn to the Golden Oldies. I have a 16 yo pop top. With constantly going up and down the ceiling has torn virtually all around, see pics. I am thinking of slicing with a Stanley, Sikaflexing then applying a vinyl tape. Any other ideas would be great or if you have had this problem how did you fix it ? Cheers. Col
Definitely looks like water ingress has caused the peeling not up/down actions. The top would require resealing, prior to trying to fix appearance.

If timber or whatever material the top is manufactured from has rotted you may be better off replacing whole roof.

If roof has been resealed best bet is to ensure it is dry then cut out the blistered vinyl with a very sharp paint scraper (about 50mm Width), you can then repaint ceiling with a vinyl paint, as there will be a definite noticeable difference between the scraped edges and centre panel, you can buy a small patterned roller and apply a different coloured pattern on ceiling to hide the differences. Good luck, a good job for this cooler weather.
