wondering if you can buy the jockey wheel clamp handle with the thread
not the al-ko one with red handle because its bigger and does not fit

A good machine shop would be able to make one if you have original to discern thread.

The thread in the nut section could be possibly getting stripped as well.

What does not fit? The handle or the thread? If it's the handle you could chop a bit off.

You should be able to get a piece of threaded rod with the correct size thread. M10/M12 ? Use two nuts to lock at the correct length Maybe a washer as well. Then and bend it in a vice to the angle you want, then cut to a length that suits then use some Duct tape to wind around the rest to make a handle.

Exactly what I did with mine about 5 years ago. Still going well.
