Just wondering if its possible to adjust tension on park handbrake on Avan Cruiser. It seems to have gone slack. There is a cable bolt assembly at front of van.

Yes you can adjust the hand brake with that front device. Take into account the suspension/spring movement as that could activate the brakes as it moves up & down.I even rerouted the cable to make less resistance to it.
I have found the hand brake pretty useless even when pulled up tighter with an extension on the hand lever. Make a practice to never disconnect safety chains from tug till van is chocked.I have a slope but on the flat things could be different
