Al we had the same trouble a couple of years ago. I pulled the washing machine out and took the top cover off. Inside there are two springs that support the drum, one was broken.

I went to a dometic agent near me and he tried to order one, but had a lot of trouble as dometic did not have a part number for them.

Yes they are available but dometic will give you the runaround because they do not show up on parts list. Unless they have rectified that by now.

They came in a pack of two.
