After some more info for the diesel heater I just installed.
Can any one tell me what is the max temp to have around your fuel pump.

Well, first of all... you should have bought a three rabbit pump, they are much better than those old vole ones :)
Keep the pump and diesel lines above, say, 5C and below 50C, preferably below 40C. Too cold and the diesel will gel, too hot and the pump will probably fail at some point.
