I have replaced the electric valve 23709, push button and pump sounds but no water flow. Any suggestions on other possible faults.

check you have water getting to the pump if a separate supply or check the pickup/impeller if the pump is in a holding tank

I have checked up to the water connection to the electric valve, the water pump and the water flow is good to this point but it stops at the electric valve connector, which I have just bought for $80, possibilities seem to be electric connection to the new valve, blockage at something called a vacuum unit or in the pipe to the spray head. Any experiences with these points.
You have most likely read this, my only other thought is to try anf manually trigger the solinoid and pump bypassing any electronic switching
cheers

Have you checked the fuse in where the cassete is,remove cassette and there is a trapdoor pull open and check the 3 amp purple fuse

Thanks to all for your assistance, when I read my report it is easy to see that I have not explained it very well.
Firstly there is power to the small control panel but I dont know to what extent, when I push the top button and have the pipe line disconnected before the electric valve the pump works and there is a good water flow, as you know the electric valve is to control the amount of water that runs into the bowl. I have replaced that valve but I feel partly sure that there is no power getting to that point, possibly due to a problem with the small control panel which is under the push button. Has anyone ever had problems with this board and how to tell.,
Thanks, Bill

Thats why I said to manually test the pump and valve (with small 12v jumper leads) from a remote battery. The circuit board is about $25 from caravan plus, same place as the other link I sent cheers blaze

Thanks Guru, I will do that test tomorrow and then let you know the result.
I did think that I would need a new control panel.

Re (as you know the electric valve is to control the amount of water that runs into the bowl.)
Happy that our Thetford ? Toilet does not have this valve ( I think) but only a push button switch, the longer you hold down the switch the more water in the bowl.
