I'm also looking at changing a camera on my van and putting some additional ones. Safety Dave has a good online reputation from what I've read and I'll be getting them from his company (unless somebody posts something wonderful but significantly cheaper LOL).
If you look at other brands, find out whether they use a standard cable/fitting. The one on my van that I need a monitor for is "non-standard" and the only way I can get a monitor is to buy a whole kit. Safety Dave told me that you can get cables and things for the ones he sells if you just need a particular part. Otherwise you might be looking at having to pay for a whole kit if you just need one component.

Ive dealt withe safetey Dave He is great , I ordered a camera with two feeds . Changed my mind and asked if I could change to aa three camera feed , he swapped it no trouble and didnt even want to charge me the extra $80 or so.
cameras and ,monitor work good .
plus I think its a 2 year no fuss replacement warranty .
