VESA monitor swivel bracket. Maybe Jaycar or Officeworks has the right configuration. Failing that make an adaptor plate.

You could duck down to your local aluminium welding engineering workshop in an industrial area. They probably have a small offcut of say 3mm sheet or 100 x 3 flat bar should be large enough. Scrap metal merchant maybe or off a council pick up, that's where I often get good pieces of aluminium.
Bought the van with this set of screws where possible a previously tv bracket was
Would like to purchase same bracket with same configuration as the screws in the picture.
Would anybody know what brand would suite have difficult in finding on line ?
Dimension of screws 100H x 60W

As already stated, it's a VESA compliant hole pattern.

Most places which sell TV's, would also sell TV wall brackets
One easy way out, would be to make a paper template of the 8 hole spacings
Then just go along to JB HiFy/Retrovision etc, with the template, and buy the one which matches your hole pattern
This might go close.

Might be hard to find something exact. You could drill new holes in a bracket or as said make some sort of adapter.

Maybe you could drill a bigger hole just below each existing hole, so that the screw heads could pass through the holes.
