Here is a movie I put together yesterday, as soon as I was dismissed from covid lockdown (fortunately I live in rural Victoria). Hopefully it will cheer you up if you are still in lockdown. It is footage of ocean and Cape Liptrap Lighthouse, near Walkervill, South Gippsland, Victoria. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Jim. I enjoyed the flight. It must be nice for you to be able to move around again. Get the vehicle moving, legs working, and the propellers of the drone spinning.

Jim, do you get any " wind buffet " from the turbines ? , or are you too far away?

As far as wind buffet goes from the turbines, none whatsoever, the closest I got was about 30mtrs which is pretty close considering the size of them but the drone didn't budge. It's qute enlightening getting that close, they are enormous.

The blades a driven by the same wind current as drone is already flying in - The turbine's blades do not produce a "Fan" effect.

When they were building some in far N W Tassie, there is a little bit of quite winding road West of Wynyard, the blade was well out over the road edge, whilst the rear steer followed the white line.

At Sisters Creek, the blade went across the valley below the road
