I was interstate when my daughter decided to buy a 14 ft 1999 Caravan and Annex. Its in great condition always kept under cover except when used for holidays and well maintained by a handyman. And now she wants to sell it.
Parked in the backyard as an additional bedroom for daughters sleep over friends and a place where she could have her own space, if needed.
The backyard is in a very windy location and no way could the awning/side walls in our caravan with the connecting clamps survive the wind in this location. All three walls are zippered to the roof/awning. However its not a rollout. You pull the awning out, drop down the legs as per the Fiamma awnings then use additional horizontal poles to connect to the van at each end, there are also diagonal wires between the awning holder ends on the caravan and the extended awning ends.
The sides are zippered to the roof, with the usual side wall connection to the caravan.
The awning is tightened using an L shaped bolt on the awning frame at the front of the caravan.
Its a great design for windy locations, am looking for a manual/writeup/diagrams to help the new owners understand whats involved. I think its an Ozzie traveller 2000 design or earlier
Appreciate if you have the instructions, could you PM me.
Thanks
