Hi Gary & Kerry,
Once you've submitted a post and it appears online, you can edit the contents but you can't actually delete the post itself.  The only person who can delete a post is the webmaster - so if you find that you have posted something that you would like deleted, please email me (just click on the 'contact us' link anywhere on the website) and I will delete it for you.
