Couple of good quaffers

Just thought I would mention three wines I have been trying lately -Three Brothers reunited Shiraz rated by Nicks wine merchants as best shiraz under $10 -can vouch for this - an excellent drop.

Also Sauvignon Blanc -Murf's has two -NZ wines which are quite good in my view -Toi Toi $9.50 and Overstone $12.50. delightful little drops.

Just right for happy hour

if ever you are up near wilpena try the local drop, a very cheeky little blighter indeed, a couple of glasses and you are king of all you survey, it is about $5.00 a glass but if, like me, you are a cheap drunk then well worth the $14.00 a bottle, goes down very well with the wilpena burger, which by the way fills the rather substantial plate, both can be had at the poddy dodgers bar

s.i.l. buys the clean skins, but they quaff wine at a rapid rate of knots, dinner partys most nights, not my scene but to each his own, anyway the cleanskins, something like $4.50 a bottle if you buy them by the crate, it tastes ok and great for when guests drop by
