had a go at the cherries a few times and I can tell you they are a hell of a lot easier than strawberries, but speed is of the essence, its all go when the season breaks, no time for sit downs

 what you are experiencing with the bus and bum/seat clearance is known as the see saw effect, because you are riding in front of the front wheels everything going on behind you is magnified, you would get the same effect at the back, the ideal place to ride in any motorvehicle is centre

when I was operating wabco twin power scrapers, same thing, seat in front of wheels, we would have been literally tossed out of the seat with exactly that action and thats why we wore seatbelts 

if your springs are a bit weak then that wouldnt help, but the main cause of violent and continued pitching is the shockers and/or weight distribution, if the shockers are buggered then they wont keep the springs under control, springs give the "bounce" shockers control the "bounce"

and if you are running empty then you will also cop violent pitching, buses, like trucks, perform at their best when partially or even fully loaded, at the moment you have all the weight at the rear (I presume it is a pusher, "engine at rear") and nothing to the front, it would settle down enormously if you put, say, a ton of weight onboard
