hand cleaner

just done all the vehicle servicing, went to wash my hands and ran out of V O 5 hairshampoo, cant buy it anymore so settled for Pappilion hairshampoo from the $2 dollar shop, removes all grease and even the black stain that you get from the diesel oil
recommend it for all who get there hands dirty

I sneak a little bit of the washing powder when the chief cook & bottle washer is not about ... a bit rugged but it works ..

I'll try that cheap shampoo to help keep the peace.

Thanks, Mike, but I've been there done all of that, and yes, it does help a little but the effect gets less with time.
Similarly glucosamine sulphate.

It's very much an hereditary thing, I'm afraid.

My parents and siblings all have similar problems and we were all big fish eaters.

There's a medicine called Mobic which is helping a lot, but it's inclined to upset both digestion and renal performance.

This is only a small part of my medical disfunction; I have long term CFS/ME and a fair collection of other wierd symptoms.

I don't think that I chose my parents very well  confusebiggrin

hell and I thought my rheumatoid arthritis was bad, fish capsules helps me but I do notice that I must take more and more each year, I thought they were watering down the contents
