hi .                  the best place i have found to buy engle fridges is on ebay.   if there is a caravan and camping show on,in one of the capital city's.     when its over, you usually find a lot of listings for nearly new ones.       also try the camping stores, they have scratch and dent sales.

If you have an Anaconda store nearby keep an eye on their specials. I recently purchaesd a 38 litre Engel complete with bag! and saved $300. That is the plastic bodied model. Anaconda quite often have 40% off sales as well.

I dont think engel have "seconds" but as Terry has said second hand ones do come up reasonably regular and are still in pretty good nick but are still demanding big dollars

I have not seen seconds but they may be there!

Waeco;s ,If you allow sun on them the lids buckle & dont seal, also effects the temp control touch panell ,can turn fridge temp any where from off to freeze, not good.
We have run Trailblazers from QLD for 20yrs no problem, would not dun anything else.
Good luck,Jim.

as long as we greet each day on two legs then I guess we are winning, if we learn something in between then I guess thats a bonus if we gain a smile then the day is worthwhile, make someone happy and the day is complete, thats the way I look at each day and it's worked for me for over fifty years

somebody once told me "tommorow is a tottally new day with no mistakes" I have always liked that bit of useless information

the computer is a multi confusional organism but I was forced into it by my boss a few years ago but doesnt mean I have to like it, I will never master it but I am just as adamant that it will never master me either

as for old dogs and new tricks, we have the time and the motivation, it has been well proven we not only can be taught but we are willing and able to learn, only last night I brought the slippers in for the dragon and she only had to hit me with the newspaper twice, right proud I am
