Oh Brickie, I think you missed the "punch line". It's a contradictory or at the very least, ambiguous statement. The level of alcohol in the 10% doesn't come into it. I want to be in the 10% rather than the sober, but bingled 90%. The odds are obviously against the sober driver. Oh, crack another tinnie and have a really good day.
