and I did speak to Geoff Brock (our local member) about gaining travel discounts aboard the spirit for us assorted nomads and caravaner's, he seems to think the Tassie tourism or Tasmanian government would be the one's to approach
failing that then the next would be the federal government, if I was to do it I would approach both parties simultaneously, Geoff seems to think our plea would be looked upon favorably
just a tip if you are thinking of taking the trip across then join the C.M.C.A. first and when you book on the spirit quote "club discount" this will allow a greater discount than any other offer
you may be asked for your membership number but the discount for the trip outweighs the cost of the membership!
