HAPPY AND SAFE EASTER TO ALL VIEWERS

Although at home and not "on the road" am pleased to report our town has tons of visitors, and so far no road incidents in this area. Hope that continues until all Easter holiday makers (especially my kids who are "away")  are home safely.
Cheers
Colleen

ps  When discussing Easter Bunny with 6 yr old grand-daughter, wondered just when did he/she  (the bunny I mean) begin delivering choccy eggs.??????????????????????

Happy Easter to you and all Nomads.
It's very wet up far northern Qld, so the bunnies and the bilbies will be a bit soggy.
The park is very quiet, and I'm not planning to go out in the traffic.
There are a few Easter visitors in town catching up with family and friends.
If anyone sees the sun can you ask it to head north a bit and dry out the country.
Stay safe.

Am sending glorious Mt Perry weather north to dry out the route to Cairns. Might have to extend beyond Tuesday as it is too nice to leave. May meet up with friends in Emerald and move slowly north.Thought the Weekend Australian was brave cooking the Easter Bunny! Front page advertisement for their magazine section - BUNNY IN THE OVEN, The perfect rabbit pie. Tickled my funny bone.

Happy Easter Sunday to all, we're parked at a friends place in a bushy area of Sydney enjoying a couple of hot cross buns & a slightly rainy morning.

Caught the Manly Ferry into the city yesterday & walked miles showing Hylda the Opera House, The Rocks, Chinatown & Darling Harbour. Was going to show her the Chinese Gardens near Chinatown but at $6 entry we skipped that one. I lived in Sydney for around 30 years but Hylda is African born so has only had a quick visit before this so was good to show her around a bit. Still got nearly 2 more weeks of exploring to do here before heading to Kangaroo Valley then Canberra.
Cheers

Sounds like a good couple of weeks you guys.  Enjoy Sydney.

It is a pity we won't be home when you are in the Kangaroo Valley area or we could have done the tourist guide thing.

Any chance you could come from Canberra up The Lachlan Valley Way through Cowra and on the Bathurst and then Mudgee?

Would love for you to come so we can all meet each other.

Elaine

Until I went to Nowra and stumbled upon Kangaroo Valley I'd never heard anything about it.
The locals may prefer to keep it to themselves, but it's too precious not to share.
Another beautiful place in Oz. Enjoy.
