Ditto to both posts above.
We are leaving (Geraldton) on 15th, playing in bowls carnivals at Dampier, Karratha & Pt. Headland before heading further on.
Would like to get into Mt. Isa and then somehow catch up with the Darling River and more or less follow it down to Wentworth.
Any suggestions on the route we could take from Isa down?

Cheers

Thommo.

The excitement building up is for me a major part of caravanning.  Getting the van and car ready and counting the days to take off is just magic.

We were going to leave on the 6th also but it is a long weekend in WA and I don't want to be on the road with all the idiots racing around like fools, so decided to wait until 8th June.

Valnrob,
Thanks for the good wishes.  May the wind blow you to the west where we are sure you will have a ball.  Remember you are the only sane driver on the road and all will be well.
