ok you guys know im planing for things when my dads not on this strange earth..lol
most of my family are in sydney , with a few in adelaide.. i could go there but im kind of thinking are there any nice rural type places not more than an 1 hr out? ie m family are in chester hill/ glenfield etc(sydney)
had been thinking of buying land and a shed and live in my slide on camper at some stage for a while , maybe build a small cottage on there later., any ideas on nice ruraly types of places close to sydney ?
ww.realestate.com.au is a good site to get onto. You can click onto a map of the area you're interested in, put in what size block or acreage you want, and the minimum and maximum you want to pay.
Anything close to Sydney is going to cost an arm and a leg. Think of something a bit further out, maybe on a train line, that way it will hold it's value.
