What a decision! What the difference between them? Layout? price?
I've recently spoken to people who have brand new Jayco mobile homes and are not happy with many things. The warranty work is extensive when they get home.
I don't know much about mobile homes and they are not my personal choice of RV, but I guess you can only go with what suits you the best.
Maybe a second hand unit would be better, as most of the teething problems would be sorted, but the mileage would be low enough to give you a long run with it.
Asking questions around van parks, on forums such as this and others may get you some better opinions than mine.
Such a huge investment deserves intensive investigation with your mind and eyes wide open.
Will you then be towing a car on trailer to improve mobility when parked up?
Good luck with your decision, but only you can know what suits you. All the best, but be careful.
