Home again after 5 months and 20,000ks. After unloading the van etc., doesn't even feel like we hae been away.
When I have everything organised and ship shape on this end I'll give you a brief run down of the most amazing trip I have ever been on. Just give me a day or so please.
So when are you packing up the van for the next one? Your memories will keep coming back forever. Remember "that" tree, "the bridge", and all that stuff will be subjects of every conversation you have from now on. The night over Beef Strog, and those laughs, and the trip to Port Douglas etc. etc. I still bore people about my days on trawlers back in '76, and a whole lot of other travel experiences. I lost some of my travel zip during my time in Cairns, but it's coming back. Every time I do a maintenance job on the van, I get that foot itch thing. Enjoy your time at home, but I bet it won't be long. All the best to you both.

Hi Ma, Sorry we did not get to meet up. We are still at North Haven & will be moving over to Kew now that our daughter has had a little girl. Will meet up one day either in Dulla or Richmond.

We had all intentions of popping in to see you up there Tiger but a phone call put paid to that.
Rob's son has been deployed to Afghanistan (he left on Thursday) so we made a quick trip to my brother's at Grose Vale and based there so Rob could have some time with Brendan.
