today i have signed on and up top is a dear internet user for the first time ever saying to click on a link up top and that i have been picked to possibly win a sharp queos lcd tv ?has anyone seen this before ? i never have ?

I've been getting them for a while Glassies. And the German and Spanish language ones.  As Fire-fly says, just ignore them.  They're just a nuisance, and you never win anything anyway.

yup i read the post down further after i had posted this i never click on anything like that i once did it put down my phone number to win an ipod and what do you know i was being texted by this place with all these competitions, next thing got the mobile phone bill had to have the phone number barred from my phone $2.50 per message it was costing me to receive them ?.

what a bunch of wankers

I use Firefox instead of internet explorer and have added adbloc and guess what NO BLOODY ANNOYING POPUPS
