it is a good thing when you can still surprise yourself,,, you then begin to wonder what else you can do you'll never drown by falling in the water,, you'll drown by not getting out this was brought on by an angina attack which has seen me in hopsital since last week,, something i didn't know i had until then,, makes you stop and thing when wired up to a machine that goes "ping",, time for a life style change thats for sure,, cheers bb

Wow! That was a bit of a shock. All the best with that. There's just so much we don't know about this bag of bones we stand up in, until it malfunctions. Take care of yourself, because no one else can. It's not the fall that kills you. It's the sudden stop at the bottom. I count my blessing every day when I can put both feet on the floor in the morning. Then I know it's a good day. Make the most of every day, and keep up the surprises.

How very true about life, the last thing I say when going to bed is "thats one day less in our life" in the morning " well we made it to another day" and there are only so many left make them work for you... Get better soon pal and yes it is time for a lifestyle change. I find that when we are on the road I get far less stressed and I feel 100% better in myself, even my blood sugar levels drop, I have far more energy and my get up and go that got up and went whilst we were at the house seems to come back again.

Nothing worse than your get up and go getting up and going. You spend the rest of your life wondering where it went.
Geez Chris but it so great when it returns. I reckon I can travel this wonderful country of ours just trying to find it's bolt hole, which I hope I never find, gives me another excuse to hitch up and go.

thanks all,, yeh i have some thinking to do, guess it's the price you pay for years of greasey truck stop food and long interstate hauls and well a whole bunch of other stuff best lest unsaid...the bride wants me to give up full time work and get all better,, the getting all better bit i can live with but i don't have a money tree growing in the back yard, still a little less time behind the wheel wouldn't be a bad thing i guess,, have to "ponder that one"
