I am actually not a grey nomad but thought this would be a perfect place to ask if anyone knew where my husband and I could find takers for our house.

We are a new family with a 2 year old thinking the smartest way to upsize our modest house at Manly West, QLD, would be to ask retirees if they want to downsize from larger family homes?

We live in a quiet easement in Manly West that is low maintenance and low set.

My husband often in his job hears of stories where retirees want to fill in pools and downsize because they just don't need the room.

Does anyone know of a forum or heard of anywhere where people are doing this? We thought this would an awesome way to save some money and move house.

Well, we may not be Grey Nomads, but we can't wait to go to Freycinet in Tasmania next year. It looks beautiful.
