I was going to let someone else have a turn, but it's been a couple days, so I'll jump in and say Lake Boga. It's an interesting museum. Lake Boga was a Catalina Maintenance Depot. Their silos were painted last year I think it was, so will add it to the bucket list again. Bowen was a flying boat base. Cheers to all.
Just a PS. Silo Art - Rupanyup in Victoria, silos have been repainted completely different from what they were. More for the bucket list.
A new one. The painting goes around to the left on this picture. This one is in a company yard, but there is plenty of off street space to park. Thanks Radar for the Boga photo too.

Hi all, I have a lot going on at the moment, so am going to tell you the answer and let someone else have a go at putting up a photo. My silo photo is near the corner of South Street and Anzac Avenue in Toowoomba Qld. Come and have a look. Cheers.
Yes it is Rupanyup in Victoria. Just wondering - have you seen the silos since they were repainted to a completely different picture? I saw them and the wood carvings in 2023 when we were down that way and before the repaint.
Anyways, over to you and Thanks.
PS. Google tells me the silos were repainted in March this year.

Might that be the easel in the Emerald Qld park? I've seen it a few times but have forgotten who the artist was and the reason for the display in the park, as such. Perhaps someone can remind me and other/s.

Well done Barry for getting the Big Easel at Emerald Qld.
And Bruce for artist and painting.
Where to Barry?

I'm having trouble accessing my photo files at the moment. It's probably because I'm technology challenged when it comes to simple things like attaching a picture.
I'll get help from an expert soon but in order to keep Pick This Place going, would someone else kindly put up another picture.
I enjoy looking up localities that are depicted here and look forward to visiting places.
Anyway, If someone is able to put up a nice, simple picture, I and I'm sure others will appreciate it.
