New Caravan park...


New caravan park on the Tweed Coast...Sounds interesting .....Can't wait to hear how much for powered site.....With Electricity prices and Water going through the roof..It sure is going to be interesting....Have been in the Area many times.....Nice place!  PS    I'd like to ask.."Why are the prices so high (Electricity and Water)  I can't find any reason apart from Greed.....I dismiss Councils....Because I know they are Greedy.......

It's great to learn there are still new parks being developed instead of some medium density tourist development.
I guess the user will have to pay, as usual. All we can hope is they keep the costs reasonable.
We do have to bear in mind the cost of running these places, the power, water, maintenance and staff.

We had a look around some of the Tweed Council parks and found that prices started at about $50.00 per night albeit during xmas and peak times. I think we will probably head more towards Inskip for our beachside holidays... $10.00 per night. No power no water no worries. Seems though to have the same midgies that the Tweed does lol

I don't think we can avoid those pesky little blighters in these areas. Woodgate comes to mind too.
