I am new on the board. Currently slogging away with the dream in mind of tootling around our gorgeous country one day. I am living in Uralla in the New England and I coordinate the Uralla Lantern Parade.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes! I am seeking expressions of interest from solo nomads who would like a week or two or three "downtime" in Uralla, near Armidale in autumn (breathtaking New England colours). I have a small house with room in the yard for your campervan. Power available. Share (mostly vegetarian) meals and use of yummy bathroom, washing machine, kitchen etc. for someone who would like to help with the lantern parade: building lanterns with the community (easy, great fun), general gophering, helping out wherever needed. Experience with arts event or festival desirable but not necessary. Lantern Parade coincides with Earth Hour March 26th.
Expressions of interest at this stage. We can talk details later. Email me lanterns@uralla-arts.com
