YAY! Just bought our copy of the new Camps Australia Wide 6, got the one with the pictures this time. ($89. and worth it dozens of times over!)

Anybody who was waiting for this edition to be released, now's the time to go shopping!

Gerty,

Did also like Camps editions now have them all programed into my GPS with a big red cross.

Find the book has become so popular that the other thing that comes with this popularity is that the sites in there are also extramly popular, so we avoid those in the book.

Have other references that have not had all sites plajorised into Camps editions yet which are not as highly frequented so find them more pleasant sites.

Cheers
Alan

Picked up our copy from the P O this morning. Bring the caravan home tomorrow and pick up the new tug[new to me] and off at the weekend. Canberra Sydney then back down the east coast to Melboure. Already perused the new Camps 6. Can't wait.

Got our copy in the post on Monday.
Some new places in it in SA.  Will come in handy when we are there later in the year.
The new format?????  It takes away all my writing space :(
Ahh well - will have to print smaller

When you all say Camp 6 with pictures, is that very different to a normal Camp 6 and what sort of pictures?

Hi HW
It is the same as camps 6 BUT has a photo of the area under the description.
Not all places but most of them.

Ok, that would be handy wouldn't it. The book costs a lot more doesn't it?
I paid $54.95 for my Camps 4. I see Gerty said $89 for the new one with pictures.

Yes I know, its not cheap! I loved it, and had a birthday last week so lashed out. To see a little piccy of the spot before you get there makes it easier to decide if thats where you'd like to stop, also I'm hoping would help to find it .

Picked up my copy of Camp Snaps 6 at the Adelaide Caravan & Camping Show for $68 (for RAA members only).

I'm not sure if it's the same in other states but RAA give very good discounts for members all year round.  Worth taking a look.

Keep Smiling smile
