So i cut it up & found the insulation is only 20/25mm thick. Since i had a good EvaKool fibreglass Esky & its insulation is 40mm thick. Decided to convert the esky to a Fridge/Freezer using the Waeco parts. It apears to work quite well.

Fridge job 28.JPGHave decided after some thaught to enclose the compessor, & fit an ajustable barrier in side so it can be used as a freezer oneside & fridge on the other.
