Staying here for a few days. It is the old Wilmington Tourist Park reopened. It is still a work in progress but a great spot to get off the road for a while.
If you want Big 4 you will be disapointed but at $20 a night wth showers, water, camp kitchen it has it all
Yes we were there a couple of months ago and it really is a peaceful and comfortable retreat. ....Except for Saturday nights when the owner has a regular booking with a back-packer tour organisation. When we were there 60 young people arrived! Its a big strain on the amenities, but their noise sort of settled around 10ish.
