struth, the weather out at sea sure can change quickly was at Isle of pines and the weather started turning on us , so i got on the nearest tender and got home as fast as i could (back to the ship)... She has so far been a grand lady of the sea, she cant help the weather I know that, just have to hang on and go along with the ride
Dads settling down now , getting ready for bed, one thing for sure is you loose all track of time and dates at sea, I can kind of imagine how it would have been for him, his ship (The Australian & Kupunda) were allways blacked out at night, some ships an open bridge
Its so different now....
Im ok, but got a cold, im not the only one though.... Ill take some extra sea pills on the next day or so, hope to be ok...
its certainly a different way of travelling , I love the people you meet, the crew are fabulous and entertainment and food, ohh struth, im going to need a couple of weeks to recover...
i might go to a show, see how i feel, i wonder how the heck young Jessica Watson did around the world in her little pink lady, !! She has guts that girl....
i loved it when on our cruise too Milo. Had a wonderful time and all too soon we were home. I loved The Isle of Pines, so beautiful, mind you the weather was good. The roughest night we had was the first night leaving Newcastle. Enjoy !!
