HELP WITH ITINERARY !!!!!!

Hope someone out there can fill in a few blanks as to free camping sites  (yes we have camps 6)

We have been on the road since feb and have found free camping to be the best way of enjoying the lifestyle (and saving Money)

We are currently at alva beach and are heading to fletcher creek (42kms north of charters towers)  We have 10 weeks before needing to be back in brissie (cardiologist appt) then after 2 weeks will head south into NSW.

Planned itinerary includes  Lake theresa, clermont     dawson river, moura   neville hewitt weir, baralaba and wuruma dam, eidsvold.

we love fishing, mudcrabs and redclaw which is why all the waterways. we also have our 6 year old golden retreiver with us which restricts the number of places availible to camp

Can anyone offer any suggestions AND INFO ON FREE OR CHEAP CAMPING ON THE WAY THROUGH TO BRISSIE EITHER INLAND OR COASTAL THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE IN CAMPS 6

hopefully this will be of use to both us and other grey nomads in their travels

regards

Peter Rosemary and Ollie (retriever)

You could probably stay a while at Fletcher Creek. People I parked by at Kumbia were heading there for a month.
Also Kumbia is sort of free camping, they have an honesty box. Half way between Kingaroy and Dalby. Showers and toilets. $2.00 in the slot for the shower.
