We had a breakdown at a little town called Lexton, which is on the Pyrenees Highway 20mins. North of Ballarat on the way to Avoca. Would recommend the local mechanic Don there, he was ever so helpful. Also the Pyrenee Hotel managers Brett & Margaret. We did recommend to Brett, that he encourages self contained grey nomads to park out the back of the hotel as he has the room, and he would get custom in return. So when next near Lexton call in and tell Brett, the couple in the big red and white bus that go stranded in town in July recommended them. I am sure he will be obliging.
