We are leaving here tomorrow on our way north. Spent a week here at Avoka Farm Stay & it's been a great spot. Such friendly people. Even let me win when playing cards. Lots of animals to see & feed. If you're coming this way I can recommend it.
According to web site it is only cabin accommodation and all they show is for a special weekend, no camp sites. When their web sites is not up to date they cant expect travellers as many like me when they hear of a good site the first check is their web site. This one has nothing for camp sites so it would mean to me that it is not a looker.
I do a lot of my searches on internet by web pages, google earth etc.

Beiffe, if you had read kandagals previous thread on the farmstay you will have seen they are in the process of setting it up and he asked for ideas while there to help the owners get it set up. There were a lot of comments on how they should go about it, charges etc, etc. Will certainly be one I will check out when in the area. Sounds lovely.
