Caravan Warranty Service

Hi we recently purchased a new 19 ft supreme classic van & absolutely love it, it's due for the first service we don't have any issues with anything other than a blown light bulb, my problem however stems from the fact that i don't trust the dealership to do the right thing by us or the van. I have come to this conclusion by my discussion with the service manager, twice i have tried to book my service and promised a call back which didn't happen i finally reached said service manager who informed me to "quote"drop the van in tomorrow and we will try to fit it in during the week. There is still 7 months left on the warranty and without a dealer service it will be null & void anyway,i have always done my own servicing on our vans and kept them in tip top condition. Should i risk a dodgy service just to keep a warranty that  i may never need or use? any advice greatfully received, regards Powercasta.
